Miles Mediation & Arbitration is continuing USA&M’s tradition of presenting outstanding CLE’s to the legal community. On June 6, we are presenting our 91st Best Practice Seminar that will include 8.6 MO hours of CLE credit, including 3.6 hours of ethics, with 1.2 hours of implicit/explicit bias, diversity and inclusion credit and 7.0 IL hours of CLE credit, including 3.0 hours of ethics, with 1.0 diversity and inclusion credit. This year we will present a wide range of topics including: The Psychology of Negotiating; a Roundtable on the Best Timing for a Successful Mediation; From Conflict to Convergence: The Power of Collaborative Problem-Solving; Mediation: Past, Present and Future as part of our Legal Legend Series; Mediating Environmental Disputes; Artificial Intelligence: Ethical Issues for Lawyers; Empathy Informed Practices for Lawyers; and Avoiding Ethical Pitfalls in Mediation and Arbitration.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, Beyond Housing, St. Louis Survivors Legal Support, and St. Louis Mediation Project.
